The picturesque Adriatic coastline near the boot of Italy is home to the Schiralli family farm and its 20 acres of olive groves a mere 8 miles from the ocean. Since 1922, the family has been producing some of the world’s best, award-winning olive oil with its unique extraction methods and decades of experience. With long, hot summers and the dry winds from the Adriatic, it is a perfect environment for the Ogliarola olive trees.
