Panforte Margherita is the classic traditional Italian fruitcake, lightly dusted with powdered sugar.
Panforte is an excellent sweet to enjoy after a meal, as just a few rich bites are wonderfully satisfying. It’s traditionally served in small wedges accompanied by espresso or a dessert wine.
