Always use the purest water you can, it makes a difference. Twice filtered is great. Medium grind coffee works best. Follow the directions for your coffee machine with regard to coffee water ratio, they are all a little different. Prepare your coffee when you are ready to drink it, the longer it stays on the heat the coffee will ‘overcook’ and turn bitter.
