Watermelon Mint Smoothie

Summer is here with a super healthy Watermelon and Mint Smoothie. Schullo’s Blue Agave Nectar is the perfect substitute for the small amount of sweetener needed in this smoothie. Agave can be substituted for just about all sugars and sweeteners in most recipes, just check the ingredient substitution guide in the recipe.

Ingredients

Yield: One serving

  • 2 cups, tightly packed, diced seedless watermelon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Schullo Organic Agave Nectar
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes (more to taste)
  • Watermelon balls for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Place all of the ingredients except the watermelon balls in the blender. Blend until frothy, about one minute. Pour into a glass, and garnish with watermelon balls. Serve right away.
