Tahini Honey Bites – Recipe

These no-bake Tahini Honey Bites are naturally sweetened with honey and made with wholesome ingredients. They’re perfect for a quick breakfast, healthy snack, or energy boost.

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground oats, almonds, desiccated coconut, sesame seeds, cinnamon, salt, and any optional add-ins.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, gently warm the tahini, honey, and vanilla, stirring until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until a stiff, cookie dough-like mixture forms.
  4. Roll into 1–2 inch balls, then coat each ball in additional desiccated coconut.
  5. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up before serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
