These no-bake Tahini Honey Bites are naturally sweetened with honey and made with wholesome ingredients. They’re perfect for a quick breakfast, healthy snack, or energy boost.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Schullo Thick Rolled Oats, finely ground
- 1 cup Schullo Tahini
- ½ cup Schullo Raw Eucalyptus Honey
- ½ cup chopped Schullo Almonds
- ¾ cup unsweetened desiccated coconut, plus extra for coating
- 2 tablespoons Schullo Sesame Seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
Optional Add-Ins
- 2 tablespoons Schullo Dark Chocolate Chips
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries or raisins
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground oats, almonds, desiccated coconut, sesame seeds, cinnamon, salt, and any optional add-ins.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, gently warm the tahini, honey, and vanilla, stirring until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until a stiff, cookie dough-like mixture forms.
- Roll into 1–2 inch balls, then coat each ball in additional desiccated coconut.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up before serving.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
