Always use the purest water you can, it makes a difference. Twice filtered is great. Medium grind coffee works best. Follow the directions for your coffee machine with regards to coffee water ratio, they are all a little different. Prepare your coffee when you are ready to drink it, the longer it stays on the heat the coffee will ‘overcook’ and turn bitter.

Lamont Coffee’s first small batch blend is here! The coffee beans Symmetry Blend is a combination of Brazilian and Honduran coffee beans that are a medium roast. While the Brazilian is much lower in acidity than coffee from Colombia, it also has a soft and sweet mouthfeel. Combined with the Honduran beans, which have mild acidity and a more full-bodied mouth feel and sweetness. These two premium beans fuse together for a mildly acidic, medium roasted cup of coffee with a rich chocolate flavor and an after taste of nut brittle. Try melting some of your favorite chocolate into your hot cup of coffee to sweeten things up.
