The eucalyptus tree thrives throughout the mighty altitudes, vertiginous valleys, and endless unspoiled landscapes of the Andes Mountains of South America, the longest mountain chain in the world. Each year, this premium honey is harvested only two or three times from these high sierras and their watersheds.
